Groups, campaign transfers and access to all pages

Changes to lists, trash, reports by group and access to offers and landers.

These features are available starting with release 20261101.1. Update the tracker to use them.

Warning.

Check the installed version: these actions require release 20261101.1 or newer.

Create groups and move records

In Campaigns, Offers or Landing pages, click management next to the group filter. Enter a New group and click Create. Explicitly created groups remain available when empty. Owners, administrators and team leads can manage groups.

Select records and click Move to group. Choose an existing name or enter a new one; leave the field empty to remove the group. Click Move. A batch accepts up to 500 records. If any record is inaccessible, the whole operation is rejected without a partial move.

Buyers can move only their own campaigns into permitted groups. A management grant for another user's campaign does not permit moving it out of its group. Offers and landers require content editing access. Deleting a group preserves its records without that label. Groups with campaign access grants cannot silently merge with another group.

Archive and restore

Archive removes a campaign from the normal list and places it in Trash. A user who can manage the campaign can restore it in the Paused state. Historical statistics remain available; restoring does not start traffic.

Transfer a campaign to a buyer

An owner or administrator selects one campaign and clicks Transfer to buyer. Choose the Buyer, Group after transfer and Remove direct access for other users, then click Transfer.

Choosing no group removes the previous group's access. Selecting a group retains that group's grants. The new buyer's team lead and administrators keep access through their roles. Direct grants remain if you choose to retain them. Reopen the dialog if the campaign owner changed concurrently. An ordinary PUT request still ignores owner_id.

Reports by current group

The Campaign group dimension and filter use each campaign's current group for its entire history, including imported clicks without a historical group and archived campaigns. Moving or renaming a group changes how past activity is grouped in a new report. Original clicks are not rewritten.

The same rule applies to click and conversion attribution, period comparisons and CSV. If groups change after a saved export is created, request a new export: the old file becomes unavailable. Campaign, group and report-field restrictions still apply.

Select, check and group domains

In Domains («Домены»), select rows or tick Select all matching records («Выбрать все найденные») to select every domain that matches the current filters. Check («Проверить») runs up to two checks at a time. The line Checked: N of M («Проверено: N из M») appears above the table; expand it to see the state of each domain. While checks are running, the button labelled Pause in the English interface («Остановить») prevents further checks from starting; checks already in progress finish normally.

Move to group lets you select an existing group, a New group or No group. Access follows the destination group. Ungrouped domains are visible to team leads and administrators. Moving groups does not change DNS, nodes or campaign entry domains.

All current and future offers and landers

In Admin panel → Team → Permissions → Pages, an owner or administrator enables All offers, including future ones and/or All landers, including future ones. The user can see those workspace pages and select them in accessible campaigns and shared funnels. Pages created later are included automatically.

These flags do not grant access to other users' statistics, campaign management or sharing permissions. Preview, source files, ZIP downloads and copying use separate file permissions. Editing another user's page still requires the previous access to that individual page, not only the global flag. A section denial also blocks selecting new stream targets. Disabling a flag leaves owned pages and individual grants available; existing streams are not rewritten automatically.

Prepared API methods

All methods require workspace access and the appropriate role permission.

MethodPurpose
GET/POST /api/v1/campaign-groupsList or create groups with {"name":"Group"}
GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /api/v1/offer-groupsOffer groups; rename/delete uses ?name=Group
GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /api/v1/lander-groupsLander groups
POST /api/v1/campaigns/move-groupBody: {"ids":["UUID"],"name":"Group"}
POST /api/v1/offers/move-groupThe same batch format
POST /api/v1/landers/move-groupThe same batch format
POST /api/v1/domains/move-groupids and group_id, or new_group; group_id:null removes the group
POST /api/v1/campaigns/{id}/transferowner_id, previous_owner_id, group_name, clear_shares
PUT /api/v1/users/{id}/accessPolicy with all_offers, all_landers and the current revision

previous_owner_id is the current owner's UUID, or null if absent. owner_id is the UUID of a buyer in the same workspace. Set group_name to the selected group or an empty string. clear_shares:true removes direct grants; false retains them. Send the complete current access policy to preserve other restrictions.
