Trash

The section that holds archived campaigns and deleted offers and landing pages, and from which you bring them back into use.

The Trash («Корзина») section collects archived campaigns, deleted offers and deleted landing pages. The items' settings and their links to streams are kept, so any of them can be brought back into use. The Trash menu item is visible to the owner and the admin; a team lead and a designer open the section by its direct URL.

What goes into the trash

TypeWhen it appearsDetails
Campaign («Кампания»)The campaign was set to the “archived” («архив») status. It also stays in the list of the Campaigns («Кампании») sectionCampaign archive and trash
Offer («Оффер»)The offer was deleted in the Offers («Офферы») sectionPage trash
Landing page («Лендинг»)The landing page was deleted in the Landing pages («Лендинги») sectionPage trash

While an item is in the trash, no traffic goes to it: an archived campaign's link responds with 404, streams do not send visitors to deleted offers and landing pages, and a deleted hosted page is not available by its direct link.

Streams and domains do not go to the trash: they are deleted immediately and cannot be restored.

How to open it

  1. Click the Admin panel («Админ-панель») icon at the top right.
  2. Select Trash.

The Admin panel icon is visible to the owner and the admin. They have two more ways in:

  • the Trash tab in the tab bar above any admin panel section, for example Status («Состояние») or Settings («Настройки»);
  • the View items → («Посмотреть объекты →») link on the Trash tile in Settings → Retention («Настройки → Хранение»).

A team lead and a designer open the section at https://panel.example.com/trash.

The table has three columns:

  • Name («Название») — the item's name.
  • Type («Тип») — “Campaign”, “Offer” or “Landing page”.
  • Deleted («Удалено») — the date and time of deletion. For a campaign, it is the date and time of its last change.

The newest entries are at the top. A page holds 50 rows, followed by the Back («Назад») and Next («Далее») buttons.

To find an item:

  • type part of the name in the Search by name («Найти по названию») field — letter case does not matter;
  • select a type in the list next to it: All types («Все типы»), Campaign, Offer or Landing page. The number after the type name is how many such items are in the trash.

Search and the filter work together. If nothing matches, the table says “No items match the selected conditions” («Нет объектов по выбранным условиям»). If there are no items at all, it says “Trash is empty” («Корзина пуста»).

Restore

  1. Find the item in the table.
  2. Click Restore («Восстановить») in its row.
  3. Confirm the question “Restore the item? The campaign and the offer will come back paused. The landing page will be available again in the linked streams.” («Восстановить объект? Кампания и оффер вернутся на паузе. Лендинг снова станет доступен в связанных потоках.»)

The row disappears from the trash. Items are restored one at a time.

TypeState after restoreWhat to do next

OfferBack in the list of the Offers section. The “paused” status; streams do not lead to itOpen the offer, choose “active” («активен») in the Status («Статус») field and click Save («Сохранить»)
Landing pageBack in the list of the Landing pages section. It works right away in the streams where it was selectedNothing

Check

  1. Open the item's section: Campaigns, Offers or Landing pages.
  2. Find the item in the list.

The offer and the landing page are back in the list. The campaign's Status column shows “paused”.

Who sees items and who restores them

RoleWhat they seeWhat they restore
Owner, adminAll itemsAll items
Team lead, designerItems available to them in the Campaigns, Offers and Landing pages sectionsOffers and landing pages; campaigns — the ones they are allowed to edit
Media buyer, financierThe section is unavailable—

For a team lead and a designer, user permissions and the campaign access rules apply:

  • No access («Нет доступа») is selected for a section — its items are not shown in the trash.
  • View («Просмотр») is selected for a section — its items are visible but cannot be restored.
  • Limit campaign groups («Ограничить группы кампаний») is enabled — only campaigns from the allowed groups are visible.
  • A campaign shared with you is visible but cannot be restored.

For what each role sees and can do in the sections themselves, see Team and roles.

Tip.

You can bring back an archived campaign without the trash: select it in the Campaigns section and click Enable. This is how a media buyer brings back their own campaigns.

Offers with network PHP

An offer with PHP with network access («PHP с доступом в сеть») enabled is restored by the owner, the admin and the designer. A team lead sees it in the trash but, when restoring it, gets the message “restoring network PHP is available to the owner, admin and designer” («восстановление сетевого PHP доступно владельцу, администратору и верстальщику»). For the mode itself, see PHP in hosted pages and network access.

If it did not work

“Not enough permissions to restore” («Недостаточно прав для восстановления»)

You can see the item, but you cannot edit it: the campaign was shared with you, or you were given View access to the section. Ask the owner or the admin to restore the item.

“Restoring network PHP is available to the owner, admin and designer”

The offer has PHP with network access enabled. Ask the owner, the admin or a designer to restore it.

“Page not found” («страница не найдена»)

The item is no longer in the trash — for example, another employee restored it. Refresh the page.

“Not enough permissions to edit offers and landing pages” («недостаточно прав для правки офферов и лендингов»)

A media buyer who opened the trash by its direct URL sees this message: the section is not available to this role. A media buyer brings back their own archived campaign from the list of the Campaigns section.

How do I empty the trash or delete an item permanently?

The panel has no permanent deletion. An item and its files are kept in the trash until it is restored. Clearing the audit log in Settings → Retention does not affect the trash — see Data retention.
