Offers
All offer fields, hosting and delivery types, payout, status, groups, independent copies and team access to a shared offer.
An offer is the page a stream sends the visitor to and for which a conversion arrives. The Offers («Офферы») section is in the left menu of the panel; on a phone it is More → Offers («Ещё → Офферы»).
Who can do what
| Role | What they see | What they can do |
|---|---|---|
| Owner, Admin, Team lead | All offers | Create, edit, clone, delete, grant access, manage groups |
| Designer | All offers | Create, edit, clone, delete |
| Media buyer | Their own offers and offers opened to them with the Access («Доступ») button or through the API | Can only use View («Просмотр») |
| Financier | The section is not in the menu | — |
The View button opens the external offer's link or the hosted offer's page in a new tab. You can hide the section from a particular team member or give them view-only access — see User permissions.
Offer list
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| ID | A sequence number like #12. Clicking the number copies the full offer identifier — you need it for the {offer:ID} macro. Clicking the column header sorts the list by number |
| Offer («Оффер») | The name. For roles allowed to edit, clicking the name opens the Edit offer («Изменить оффер») window. A label like “50/day” («50/день») is the sales cap that has been set |
| Network («Сеть») | The offer's affiliate network or a dash |
| Clicks («Клики»), Leads («Лиды»), Sales («Прод.»), CR, Revenue («Доход»), Cost («Расход»), Profit («Прибыль»), ROI | The offer's metrics for the selected period across the campaigns available to the user |
The metrics period is switched with the Today («Сегодня»), 7d («7д») and 30d («30д») buttons; Today is selected by default. If offers have groups, an All groups («Все группы») list appears above the table on the left for filtering by group.
Actions in an offer's row are available to roles allowed to edit:
- values («значения») — “name — value” pairs available as the
{offer_value:name}macro; see From landing page to offer and multi-offer; - Copy («Копировать») — an independent copy of the offer for yourself or a team member;
- Access — team members' access to the same offer without creating copies; the owner, admin and team lead see this button;
- Editor («Редактор») — the file editor, only for a hosted offer;
- ✕ — move to the trash.
Creating an offer
- Open Offers and click + Offer («+ Оффер»). On a phone, it is the + button at the bottom of the screen.
- In the Create offer («Создать оффер») window, enter the Name («Название»).
- In the Hosting («Хостинг») block, choose External («Внешний») or Hosted («Локальный»).
- For an external offer, paste the link into the field under the switch.
- Fill in the other fields — they are described below.
- Click Create offer.
The external offer appears in the list. After you create a hosted offer, the file editor opens right away.
If the window did not close, the offer was not created: the error text appears above the offer list, under the window. name is required — the name is empty; url is required for external offer — the external offer has no link.
Offer fields
The Edit offer window opens when you click the offer name in the list. The Save («Сохранить») button saves the changes.
| Field | What to enter | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Name | The offer name in lists and reports. Required | empty |
| Affiliate network («Партнёрская сеть») | A network from the Networks («Сети») section | — no network — («— без сети —») |
| Payout type («Тип выплаты») | CPA, CPC, CRG or RevShare. A reference mark; it does not affect revenue calculation | CPA |
| Payout $ («Выплата $») | A fixed amount per conversion. The field is inactive while payout from the postback parameter is on. In the edit window, the label is the English Payout $ | 0 |
| Delivery type («Тип доставки») | How the visitor is sent to an external offer. In the edit window it is called Delivery («Доставка») | Redirect (302) («Редирект (302)») |
| Payout from postback parameter («Выплата из параметра постбэка») | Take the amount from the network's postback rather than from the Payout $ field | on |
| Sales cap per day («Лимит продаж в день») | A whole number from 0. An empty field means no cap | empty |
| Time zone · IANA («Часовой пояс · IANA») | The time zone used to count the cap's days, for example Europe/Moscow | UTC |
| Fallback offer when the cap is reached («Резервный оффер при достижении лимита») | Another active offer that gets the clicks after the cap | Automatically from the stream («Автоматически из потока») |
| Hosting | External or Hosted, see below. Only in the create window | External |
| PHP with network access («PHP с доступом в сеть») | Only for a hosted offer; the owner, admin and designer see it. See PHP in hosted pages and network access | on for the owner, admin and designer |
| Group («Группа») | A label for filtering in the list, for example Nutra. In the create window you can choose an existing one or type a new one | empty |
| Status («Статус») | Only in the Edit offer window | active («активен») |
For how the cap, time zone and fallback offer work, see Daily sales cap and fallback offer.
Hosting: external or hosted
External. Paste the offer link with macros, for example:
https://offer.example.com/lp?cid={click_id}If the selected network has parameters for the offer link, the Add the selected network's parameters («Добавить параметры выбранной сети») button appears under the field — see Attaching a network to an offer.
Hosted. You do not need to enter a link. After creating the offer, upload the offer's ZIP archive in the editor or add files — see Hosted pages.
In the Edit offer window, the hosting cannot be switched. For an external offer, the link is changed in the field labeled “URL · macros {click_id}, {external_id}” («URL · макросы {click_id}, {external_id}»); a hosted offer does not have this field.
Delivery types
The delivery type determines how the visitor gets to an external offer. The tracker serves a hosted offer itself, so the delivery type does not apply to it.
| Type | How it works |
|---|---|
| Redirect (302) | A regular HTTP redirect |
| Meta refresh | An intermediate page with an instant transition via meta refresh |
| JS | An intermediate page with a transition via JavaScript |
| Direct (no-referrer) («Прямой (no-referrer)») | An intermediate page with a transition via meta refresh and a ban on passing the referrer |
| Double meta (referrer = tracker) («Double meta (реферер = трекер)») | Two meta refresh transitions in a row, the second from a tracker page: the offer sees the tracker's domain as the referrer |
The redirect methods of the stream itself are described in Stream actions and redirect methods.
Payout
The conversion amount is determined like this:
- Payout from postback parameter is on — the amount is taken from the
payoutparameter of the incoming postback. A different parameter name can be set only through the API, in thepayout_paramfield — see Admin API: offers. - The checkbox is off and the Payout $ field has an amount above zero — this amount is recorded, and the value from the postback is not used. Conversions with the
leadandrejectedstatuses get 0. A postback without thestatusparameter is treated as a lead and also gets 0. - The checkbox is off and the payout is 0 — the amount is taken from the postback's
payoutparameter.
If the postback has no such parameter or the amount is not recognized, 0 is recorded.
The currency of an amount from a postback comes from the currency parameter. If the network does not pass it, the offer's currency is used: for offers created in the panel, this is USD. An amount from the Payout $ field is recorded in the offer's currency and does not depend on the postback's currency parameter. For an offer created in the panel, enter it in dollars. For conversion to the reporting currency, see Currencies and rates.
Offer status
The status is changed in the Edit offer window, in the Status field. A new offer is created with the active status; a clone and a copy get the status of the original offer.
| Status | What happens |
|---|---|
| active | The offer gets traffic from streams |
| paused («пауза») | Clicks do not go to the offer. The offer stays in the list and in stream settings |
| archived («архив») | Works the same as paused. The offer does not go to the trash |
Only an offer with the active status can be set as a fallback.
A paused or archived offer stops getting clicks in all streams where it is selected. If no other active offers are left in the stream, the visitor gets a 404 response — see Error responses.
Offer groups
A group is a label on an offer. To add an offer to a group, type the group name in the Group field of the create or edit window. To remove it, clear the field.
The owner, admin and team lead manage groups through the manage («управление») link next to the All groups list. The Offer groups («Группы офферов») window shows the group names and the number of records in each.
- Rename («Переименовать») — type a new name and click Save. The group's offers get it. If a group with that name already exists, the records are merged into it.
- Delete («Удалить») — the label is removed; the offers themselves stay.
A team lead renames and deletes a group only for their own offers and offers of team members assigned to them. On other offers the label stays as it was.
Cloning
- Click Copy in the offer's row.
- In the Assign to a team member («Назначить сотруднику») field, leave — keep for myself — («— оставить себе —») or choose a team member.
- Click Create copy («Создать копию»).
An offer named “Name (copy)” («Название (копия)») appears with the same settings, including the status. For a hosted offer, the files are copied, except the lead log. The assigned team member sees the copy in their offer list.
The list of team members contains media buyers and designers: for the owner and admin — all of them, for a team lead — those assigned to them. For a designer the list is empty, and the copy stays with them.
Access to one offer without copying
Copy creates an independent record. Use this action if a team member needs their own version of the page, link or settings. Access opens the original offer to several team members: the record, the files and later changes stay shared. Adding an offer to streams does not copy it by itself.
- Click Access in the offer's row.
- In the Access to offer “…” («Доступ к офферу «…»») window, select the team members.
- Click Save access («Сохранить доступ»).
The media buyer sees this same offer in their list and can choose it in streams. Clearing a checkmark revokes the access granted. The button does not raise the role: the right to edit is determined by the team member's role and restrictions. The owner and admin choose from all media buyers and designers, a team lead — from those assigned to them. For roles with broad access, clearing the checkbox does not cancel the rights of the role itself.
If the list of team members or the current access did not load, saving is unavailable: close the window and try again. If saving fails, the window stays open with a message so that you can repeat the action.
A regular copy made by the owner, admin or designer keeps the original's PHP with network access checkbox. A copy made by a team lead is created without it. Granting Access does not change the PHP mode, owner or files of the original offer.
In earlier releases, share («поделиться») on an offer created separate copies for team members. Copies already created stay independent: the new Access action does not merge or delete them. The bulk copy API is also kept — Offers API.
Bulk actions and deletion
Select offers with the checkboxes in the first column. The checkbox in the table header selects all offers shown in the list. A bar “selected: N” («выбрано: N») appears at the bottom:
- Access — access to all selected offers without copies; the owner, admin and team lead see this button;
- Copy — a copy of each selected offer for yourself or one team member;
- Delete — after the confirmation “Delete offers: N? The files will be kept in the trash.” («Удалить офферов: N? Файлы сохранятся в корзине.») the offers go to the trash;
- Clear («Снять») — remove the selection.
In bulk access settings, the team members who have access to all selected offers are checked at first. Added checkmarks grant access to all of them, cleared ones revoke the shared access. Individual access that only some of the offers have is kept. If saving part of the records failed, the error stays in the window; records saved successfully are not rolled back automatically.
If bulk cloning or deletion could not process some of the records, a message like “Failed to process records: 1 of 5” («Не удалось обработать записей: 1 из 5») appears above the table.
A single offer is deleted with the ✕ button in its row. The tracker asks: “Delete offer “…”? The files will be kept in the trash.” («Удалить оффер «…»? Файлы сохранятся в корзине.») A deleted offer stops getting traffic. You can bring it back from the trash; a restored offer gets the paused status — see Page trash.
