Terms for using Micator: the website, your account, licenses and the tracker on your server.
Contents
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Micator software, the micator.com website, the customer account and the licensing service (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Developereva, an individual (the “Operator”).
1.2. By registering an account, installing and using Micator, or purchasing a license, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them. If the User does not agree, they should stop using the Service.
1.3. These Terms do not override the User's mandatory rights, including consumer protection and the right to go to court, which cannot be excluded by agreement between the parties.
1.4. The Operator acts as an individual, not on behalf of a company. Contact details are given in section 10.
2. Service and license
2.1. Micator is software for tracking and distributing advertising traffic and for working with campaigns, landing pages, offers, reports and conversions. The tracker is installed on the User's server; hosting services are not included in the license.
2.2. The User is granted a non-exclusive right to use Micator within the term and scope of the chosen license. One license is intended for one installation. The key is bound to the installation's ID and domain; a transfer is done through the customer account and ends the use of the previous binding.
2.3. A new account gets one 14-day trial, counted from the first successful activation of the key on a server. The extension for collecting ad spend is not included in the trial license. Creating new accounts to get around the trial limit is not allowed.
2.4. A paid license is valid for the chosen period and must be renewed. The term and price are shown before the order is placed. License checks require the installation to connect to the licensing service. The key and the term details are available to the owner in the customer account.
2.5. After a license expires, access to the panel and the protected API is closed, except for the owner viewing the license status and renewing it. As long as the server works properly, traffic processing and the receipt of incoming conversions continue. Outgoing S2S postbacks and other automatic sends are paused; the accumulated events are sent automatically once the license is active again. The User should take this delay into account when setting up advertising platforms.
2.6. The value of a license lies in the right to use the software, its maintenance and updates. The Operator does not guarantee that individual features are exclusive or that other products do not have them.
3. Warranties and liability
3.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee that it will meet all of the User's expectations, be free of any errors, work without interruption, or bring financial, advertising or other results.
3.2. The User manages their server, domains, access credentials, backups and connections to third-party systems. The User is responsible for their availability, sufficient resources and the safety of their data. Having a backup feature does not replace setting up and checking the User's own backups.
3.3. The Operator is not responsible for decisions of advertising networks and affiliate programs, the accuracy of the data they provide, or failures or delays of external services. Reports depend on the attribution settings, the correctness of incoming events and the availability of the infrastructure.
3.4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
4. Lawful use and account
4.1. The Service is not intended for organizing or facilitating unlawful activity. The User must comply with applicable law and the rules of the advertising, payment and affiliate systems they connect.
4.2. The User may connect only those servers, domains, ad accounts and data sources they have the right to use. The User is responsible for ensuring that the ad materials, the published pages and the processing of visitor data are lawful, including any required notices and consents.
4.3. The User provides a current email address, keeps their password and license keys secret, manages the permissions of their team members and tells support if access has been compromised. The Service may not be used for unauthorized access to other people's systems, for malware or for interfering with the operation of infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. The software and the website materials are protected by intellectual property law. A license does not transfer exclusive rights or the right to demand the source code of Micator's own components.
5.2. Without separate permission, it is not allowed to distribute, resell or pass license keys to third parties, to present Micator as one's own development, or to circumvent license restrictions. Copying, modifying and examining components are allowed in cases permitted by law and the applicable licenses.
5.3. Rights to third-party components are defined by their own licenses; these Terms do not restrict those rights. The User keeps the rights to their data, uploaded landing pages, offers and other materials, provided these lawfully belong to the User.
5.4. Good-faith security research of the User's own isolated installation is allowed as long as it does not access other people's data or disrupt other people's systems. A vulnerability found should be reported using the contact in section 10. This does not give the right to use or distribute a license bypass.
6. Restriction of access
6.1. The Operator may restrict access to an account or revoke a license if these Terms are violated, a key is distributed or the Service is abused, or to comply with a mandatory requirement of the law. Where this is permissible and does not get in the way of removing the threat, the User is told the reason for the restriction.
6.2. The ordinary expiry of a paid or trial period is governed by clause 2.5. Restricting an account because these Terms were violated and a third-party hosting provider ceasing to operate are separate grounds and are not the same as a license expiring.
6.3. A restriction of access does not end the obligations the parties already have and does not cancel the User's mandatory rights. To find out the reason for a restriction or to dispute it, the User can contact support.
7. Payments and refunds
7.1. License payments are processed through Heleket. The order price is stated in USD; the available cryptocurrencies, networks, the amount to transfer and how long the payment details remain valid are shown on the provider's payment page. Wallet, exchange or network fees may be charged separately. There are no automatic charges. Direct USDT TRC20 invoices issued earlier keep the payment details, amount and verification procedure stated in the corresponding order.
7.2. A promo code reduces the order amount, but not below $1, and does not apply to a custom license price. If a promo code is disabled, expires or runs out before payment starts, that order cannot be paid — a new one has to be placed.
7.3. A license is issued or renewed automatically once full payment is confirmed through the Heleket API. Returning to the website from the payment page does not by itself confirm the transfer. A repeated notification about the same payment does not create a second payment. For direct USDT invoices issued earlier, the User enters the transaction hash in their order. If the amount, network or deadline was wrong, or for questions about refunds, the User should contact support with the invoice number and the hash; such requests are reviewed individually, taking into account the applicable mandatory requirements.
7.4. If a paid license was not issued or does not work for a reason on the Service's side, the User can contact support to have the error fixed or a refund considered. The order number and a description of the problem are enough; there is no need to share a password or full card details.
7.5. Refund requests are reviewed taking into account the circumstances and the requirements of applicable law. The intangible nature of a license does not by itself cancel the User's mandatory rights. Contacting support does not deprive the User of the right to dispute a payment in a way provided by law.
8. Privacy
8.1. How data is processed on the website, in the customer account and in licensing is described in the Privacy Policy, which supplements these Terms.
8.2. Data of an installed tracker is stored on the User's server. The User decides what data they collect, how long it is kept, who receives postbacks and where backups are stored; the User is responsible for the lawfulness of this processing. This is different from the Operator's processing of Micator account data.
9. Changes to the terms
9.1. The Operator may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page with the date of the change. Material changes that affect existing obligations are communicated to the User through the website or the customer account.
9.2. Changes do not cancel obligations that have already arisen or the User's mandatory rights. Where the law requires separate consent, continued use of the Service does not replace obtaining it.
10. Contact information
10.1. Operator: Developereva, an individual.
10.2. Support in your account or [email protected]. Requests are accepted in Russian and English.
