Campaign checks, drafts and team launch kits
Check a campaign and buyer permissions, prepare changes separately from live traffic, and create a paused campaign from a team kit.
Check a working campaign and prepare its changes in a separate draft. Save reusable settings and streams as a team kit for later launches.
Check a campaign
In a campaign, click Check campaign, enter a country, device and other visit conditions, then Check. Configuration and destination issues appear above the stream selection for that visit. When a draft is open, its settings are checked.
The check does not create clicks or consume caps. It does not visit external URLs or run browser checks: a clean result does not guarantee destination availability or ad delivery.
Check buyer access
Click Check buyer access and select a team member. The result separates viewing, editing and reporting permissions, explains restrictions and lists hidden fields. Team leads can check only their buyers and managed campaigns. The check uses the working campaign and grants no access.
To grant access to all current and future campaigns of a group, use Campaigns → manage → Access for that group. Allowing the group in user restrictions does not itself grant access. See Campaign groups.
Prepare and apply a draft
- Open a campaign and click Open draft.
- Edit its settings and streams. Save stores the draft on the server; live traffic keeps using the working version.
- Click Check campaign, then Review and apply.
- Review the differences and click Apply to live campaign. Campaign and stream settings are saved together.
After reloading the page, open the draft again to recover saved changes. Each user has one open draft per campaign. Back to live version keeps it; Discard draft removes only the preparation, preserving the working campaign.
If someone changed the working settings or the same draft in another tab, applying stops. Compare the data; discard the stale draft and start again if needed. Changes are not merged automatically. Detach a shared-funnel stream first or edit it through the shared funnel. Secret fields stay hidden for users with view-only access.
Save a team kit
A team lead, admin or owner opens a working campaign and clicks Save kit. A team lead's kit is available to their buyers; an admin's or owner's kit is available to the team's working roles.
In Campaigns → Team launch kits, select a kit, enter a name and click Create paused campaign. The new campaign belongs to the person who launched it and receives new IDs and an alias. Access to the group, domain and destinations is checked again. A kit does not grant access by itself.
Link parameters, S2S postbacks, cloaking, ownership, credentials, and direct URL query strings and fragments are excluded. Inline HTML/text and campaign-to-campaign jumps are unsupported. Configure the new campaign and check it before enabling it.
Retrying the same request after losing its response returns the existing campaign. Use a separate new launch to deliberately create another copy. A draft or kit supports up to 100 streams; the catalogue lists the latest 200 available entries.
