Documentation sections

Panel overview

What each section of the menu and the admin panel contains and which sections each role sees.

The panel opens on the panel domain, for example https://panel.example.com, after you log in. On the left is the main menu of ten sections; in the top right is the Admin panel («Админ-панель») button with seven service sections. The menu contents depend on the user's role.

How the screen is laid out

  • The left menu holds the working sections: from Dashboard («Дашборд») to Automation rules («Автоматические правила»). The button next to the logo collapses the menu: its tooltip is Hide navigation («Скрыть навигацию»). To bring it back, use the Show navigation («Показать навигацию») button in the top left corner.
  • The bottom of the left menu shows your login and role and the My profile («Мой профиль») and Log out («Выйти») buttons. In the My profile window you change your password, the time zone of new reports and notification settings — see My profile: password and time zone.
  • The page header shows the section name. Create buttons, such as + Campaign («+ Кампания») or + Offer («+ Оффер»), are above the section's list; in the Networks («Сети»), Shared funnels («Общие воронки») and Automation rules sections they are in the header. Roles allowed to create see them.
  • Notifications («Уведомления») — the button with a bell icon on the right of the header, for all roles. It shows the number of unread notifications and opens their list — see Notifications in the panel.
  • Admin panel — an icon button in the top right corner of the header. It opens a list of service sections on the right. The owner and admin see the button.

After you log in, Dashboard opens; for a financier — Reports («Отчёты»).

Which sections each role sees

RoleMain menuAdmin panelWhat is available in the sections
OwnerAll ten sectionsYesAll data and settings, team management
AdminAll ten sectionsYesAll data and settings, team management. Cannot edit owner accounts
Team leadAll ten sectionsNoTheir own campaigns, campaigns of team members assigned to them and those shared with them. All offers and landing pages: creates and edits them
Media buyerAll ten sectionsNoTheir own campaigns, offers and landing pages and those shared with them. Offers and landing pages — view only
DesignerEight sections: without Shared funnels and Automation rulesNoCampaigns — as for a media buyer. All offers and landing pages: creates and edits them
FinancierOnly ReportsNoReports for all campaigns. Any other panel address redirects to Reports

Sources, affiliate networks and domains are created and deleted by the owner and admin. Other roles see the Networks and Sources sections as view-only. A media buyer and a designer see in the Domains section only the domains from groups opened to them — see Domain groups and media buyer access. For details on roles, see Team and roles.

Sections hidden from a particular user

The owner and admin can hide particular sections from a team lead, media buyer, designer or financier: Admin panel → Team («Админ-панель → Команда»), the Permissions («Права») button in the user's row. For the Campaigns, Automation rules, Shared funnels, Offers, Landing pages, Reports, Domains and Sources sections you choose By role («По роли»), View («Просмотр») or No access («Нет доступа») — see Access to sections.

  • A section with No access disappears from the user's menu.
  • Together with the Reports section, Dashboard disappears from the menu.
  • The Networks section is not in the window: it stays in the menu.

All fields of the window are described in User permissions: sections, campaign groups and report fields.

Tip.

To see the panel through a team member's eyes, open Admin panel → Team and click Log in as ↗ («Войти как ↗») in their row — see Log in as a user.

The panel on a phone

On a narrow screen, the left menu is replaced by a bottom bar of four buttons.

ButtonWhat it opens
Overview («Обзор»)The Dashboard section
CampaignsThe Campaigns section
ReportsThe Reports section
More («Ещё»)The “Sections” («Разделы») list: Landing pages, Offers, Networks, Sources, Domains, and for the owner, admin, team lead and media buyer also Shared funnels and Automation rules
  • For the owner and admin, the Admin panel button is on the right of the header; the list of sections opens from the bottom.
  • The Notifications button is in the header before the button with the role abbreviation; the notification list opens from the bottom.
  • The button with the role abbreviation and the first letter of the login in the header opens My profile and Log out. Abbreviations: OWN — owner, ADM — admin, TL — team lead, BUY — media buyer, DES — designer, FIN — financier.
  • The + button on the right above the bottom bar opens creation in the current section: a window, and in the Shared funnels and Automation rules sections — a form on the page. It is available in the Campaigns, Landing pages, Offers, Networks, Domains, Shared funnels, Automation rules, Team and Reverse proxy nodes sections for roles allowed to create.
  • For a financier, the bottom bar has one button — Reports.

If the license is not active

Instead of any panel page other than the login page, the “Tracker access closed” («Доступ к трекеру закрыт») screen opens. Traffic and incoming conversions continue to be recorded; outgoing events will be sent after renewal. The installation owner enters the key on this screen; other users see the license state and the Log out button. For details, see License expiry: what is closed and what keeps working.
