How do I install Micator?
Follow the “Installation” guide in the documentation.
The confirmation email doesn't arrive.
Check your Spam folder and the address you signed up with. The link in the email is valid for 1 hour: if it has expired, log in to your account and click “Send again”. If there is still no email, message us in the chat or on Telegram.
How do I move my license to another server?
In your account, unbind the license from the server: the key changes. Activate the new key on the new server. It starts working once the old server's confirmation runs out, within 10 minutes.
How do I pay?
Payment goes through Heleket. Choose the currency and network on the payment page; once the transfer is confirmed, the license is issued or renewed automatically. You don't need to enter a transaction hash.
What happens if I don't renew my license?
Traffic keeps flowing and incoming conversions are still recorded. The panel stays closed until renewal; outgoing events wait in a queue and are sent automatically once the license is renewed.
