Page trash
Deleted offers and landing pages go to the trash: you bring them back from there together with their settings, files and stream links.
Deleting an offer or a landing page moves it to the Trash («Корзина») section. Its settings, files and stream links are kept, and traffic stops going to the page. The page stays in the trash until it is restored. The owner, admin, team lead and designer can delete and restore pages.
Where the trash is
- Click the Admin panel («Админ-панель») icon in the top right corner.
- Choose Trash.
The owner and admin see the Admin panel icon. A team lead and a designer open the trash at https://panel.example.com/trash. Media buyers and financiers have no access to the trash.
The table has three columns: Name («Название»), Type («Тип») and Deleted («Удалено») — the date and time of deletion. New records are at the top.
Archived campaigns are kept in the same trash — see Campaign archive and trash. The section as a whole is described in Trash.
How a page gets into the trash
- Open the Offers («Офферы») or Landing pages («Лендинги») section.
- Click ✕ in the page's row.
- Confirm the question “Delete offer “…”? The files will be kept in the trash.” («Удалить оффер «…»? Файлы сохранятся в корзине.») or “Move landing page “…” to the trash?” («Переместить лендинг «…» в корзину?»).
The page disappears from the section's list and appears in the trash. Several pages are deleted with the Delete («Удалить») button on the “selected: N” («выбрано: N») bar — the bar appears when rows are selected with checkboxes.
What is kept
- The page settings: name, link, and for an offer also the network, group, payout and sales cap.
- The files of a hosted page — everything uploaded in an archive or created in the editor.
- Stream links: the page stays selected in streams, so you do not need to add it again after a restore.
- Statistics collected before the deletion stay in the reports.
The offer status is not kept: after a restore it is always “paused” («пауза»).
What stops working
- Streams do not send visitors to the deleted page. The other landing pages and offers of the stream get traffic as before.
- The direct address of a hosted page responds with 404.
- The page is not in the lists of the Offers and Landing pages sections or in the selection list on the stream's Rotation («Ротация») tab. Its files do not open in the editor.
If the deleted page was the only offer or the only landing page of a stream, visitors of that stream get a 404 response. Before deleting, choose another page in such a stream — see Rotation and split tests.
The Check configuration («Проверить конфигурацию») button on the campaign page finds active streams in which a deleted page remains — see Campaign target diagnostics and monitoring.
Search and filter by type
- The Search by name («Найти по названию») field keeps the rows whose name contains the text you entered. Letter case does not matter.
- The list next to the field filters by type: All types («Все типы»), Campaign («Кампания»), Offer («Оффер»), Landing page («Лендинг»). The number after the type name is how many such objects are in the trash.
If nothing matches, the table says “No items match the selected conditions” («Нет объектов по выбранным условиям»). If there are no deleted objects — “Trash is empty” («Корзина пуста»).
A team lead and a designer do not see in the trash the pages of a section for which No access («Нет доступа») is chosen in the user permissions.
Restore
- Open Admin panel → Trash («Админ-панель → Корзина»).
- Find the page by name or choose the Offer or Landing page type.
- Click Restore («Восстановить») in the page's row.
- Confirm the question “Restore the item? The campaign and the offer will come back paused. The landing page will be available again in the linked streams.” («Восстановить объект? Кампания и оффер вернутся на паузе. Лендинг снова станет доступен в связанных потоках.»)
The row disappears from the trash, and the page returns to its section together with its files. Pages are restored one at a time. What happens next depends on the type:
| Type | State after the restore | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page | Works right away: the streams where it is selected send visitors to it again | Nothing |
| Offer | “Paused” status; streams do not lead to it | Turn the offer on |
To turn the offer on:
- Open the Offers section.
- Click the offer name. The “Edit offer” («Изменить оффер») window opens.
- In the Status («Статус») field, choose “active” («активен»).
- Click Save («Сохранить»).
Offers with network PHP
An offer with PHP with network access («PHP с доступом в сеть») turned on can be restored by the owner, an admin or a designer. A team lead can delete such an offer and sees it in the trash, but gets a refusal when trying to restore it. The mode itself is described in PHP in hosted pages and network access.
Check
- Open the Offers or Landing pages section and find the page in the list.
- Open a campaign whose active stream has the page selected.
- Expand the Campaign target diagnostics and monitoring («Диагностика и мониторинг целей кампании») block.
- Click Check configuration.
The row of the restored page must not show the messages “Offer is missing or deleted” («Оффер отсутствует или удалён»), “Landing page is missing or deleted” («Лендинг отсутствует или удалён») and “Offer is not active” («Оффер не активен»). The “Offer is not active” message means the offer is still paused.
If something went wrong
Not enough permissions to restore
The panel shows “Not enough permissions to restore” («Недостаточно прав для восстановления»): you have View («Просмотр») access to the Offers or Landing pages section — see User permissions. Ask the owner or an admin to restore the page.
restoring network PHP is available to the owner, admin and designer
The panel shows “restoring network PHP is available to the owner, admin and designer” («восстановление сетевого PHP доступно владельцу, администратору и верстальщику»): the offer has PHP with network access turned on. Ask the owner, an admin or a designer to restore it.
page not found
The panel shows “page not found” («страница не найдена»): the page is no longer in the trash — for example, another team member restored it. Reload the trash page.
I restored an offer, but no traffic goes to it
After a restore, the offer is paused. Open the “Edit offer” window and choose “active” in the Status field.
How do I delete a page from the trash permanently?
The tracker has no permanent deletion. A page and its files stay in the trash until it is restored.
