Campaign conversion log
A list of the conversions accepted for one campaign over a period: click, time, status, payout, offer and transaction ID.
The conversion log is a table of the conversions the tracker accepted for the clicks of one campaign. Use it to check whether a postback arrived, with which status and with which payout. Anyone who can see the campaign can see its log, except users with the Financier («Финансист») role.
Opening the log
- Open the Campaigns («Кампании») section and the campaign you need.
- Click Statistics («Статистика»).
- Go to the Conversion log («Лог конверсий») tab.
Statistics opens on the Report («Отчёт») tab. That tab and the Click log («Лог кликов») tab are described on the Campaign statistics page. The ← Back to campaign («← К кампании») link returns you to the campaign page.
Period
The period is selected in the list to the right of the tabs and applies to all three tabs. When statistics opens, 7 days («7 дней») is selected.
| Value | Which conversions are included |
|---|---|
| Today («Сегодня») | From midnight of the current day to the current moment |
| 7 days | For the last 7 days up to the current moment |
| 30 days («30 дней») | For the last 30 days up to the current moment |
| Custom period («Свой период») | From the start of the day in the From («С») field to the end of the day in the To («По») field. The fields appear below the tabs |
A conversion falls into the period by the time the tracker accepted it, not by the click time. Day boundaries follow the browser's time zone.
After you change the period, the table reloads from the first page. It doesn't update by itself: to see conversions that arrived after the page was opened, click Refresh («Обновить»).
Table columns
| Column | What is shown |
|---|---|
| Subid | The ID of the click the conversion came for |
| Date and time («Дата и время») | When the tracker accepted the conversion or its last change. The format is DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM:SS, in the browser's time zone |
| Status («Статус») | The tracker status: lead, sale, rejected or hold. If no match was found for the network's status, the value from the postback is shown in lowercase. How the match is set is covered on the Conversion types page |
| Payout | The payout in USD, for example $12.50 |
| Revenue («Доход») | The revenue from the conversion in USD. It equals the payout |
| Offer («Оффер») | The name of the click's offer. If the offer was deleted or isn't available to your account, the first 8 characters of its ID are shown. A dash means the click has no offer |
| Txid | The transaction ID from the postback. Empty if the affiliate network didn't pass it. Rows from a CSV import without a transaction ID show import: and the click's subid |
The log includes conversions with any status, including rejected. The lead and sale statuses are highlighted in green, rejected in red and hold in yellow. Other values are shown without highlighting.
A payout in another currency is converted to USD at the rate the tracker recorded when it accepted the conversion, see Currencies and rates.
Rows are sorted from newest to oldest, 100 per page. Below the table are the ← and → buttons, the page number and the total number of rows for the period: “total N” («всего N»). If there were no conversions in the period, the table says “No conversions” («Конверсий нет»).
One row per transaction
An affiliate network can send several postbacks for one transaction: first lead, then sale, and later a corrected payout. In the log, such a transaction has one row. The status, payout and time are taken from the last change accepted within the selected period.
- A transaction is a pair of a click and a
txid. Two postbacks for one click with differenttxidvalues give two rows. - Postbacks of one click without a
txidare shown as one row with the latest values, see Postback without txid. - The “total N” number below the table is the number of transactions, not of accepted postbacks.
- Earlier statuses and amounts of a transaction aren't shown in the log.
How the tracker tells a repeat from a status change and from a payout correction is covered on the Transaction ID, duplicates and conversion corrections page.
The log and the stream filter
If statistics was opened from the clicks · uniques («клики · уники») counter in a stream card, below the tabs there is the line “Stream: …” («Поток: …») with a reset («сбросить») link. On the Conversion log tab, this line adds “the conversion log shows the whole campaign” («лог конверсий показывает всю кампанию»): the stream filter applies to Report and Click log, while conversions are shown for all streams of the campaign.
Going to the click
Log rows don't open. The path of the click, all its conversions and the events sent to recipients are collected in the click card in the Logs («Логи») section. Owners and admins can see this section.
- Copy the value from the Subid column.
- Click the Admin panel («Админ-панель») icon at the top right.
- Select Logs. The Clicks and leads («Клики и лиды») tab opens.
- Select Subid in the Search by («Искать по») list.
- Paste the value into the Exact value («Точное значение») field.
- Move the date in the Click from («Клик с») field earlier if the click was more than a day ago: the search goes by the click time, not the conversion time.
- Click Find («Найти»).
- Click the subid in the result row.
The click card opens. The search rules are on the Click and lead search page.
Team leads, media buyers and designers can use the click window on the neighboring Click log tab: enter the subid in the Search subid («Искать subid») field, click Find, then click the row of the click. The search covers the selected period. What the window shows is covered in the Click window section.
Who can access the log
- Owner («Владелец») and Admin («Администратор») see the log of any campaign.
- Team lead («Тимлид Баеров») — the log of their own campaigns, the campaigns of the team members assigned to them and those shared with them.
- Buyer («Баер») and Designer («Верстальщик») — the log of their own campaigns and those shared with them.
- Financier works only with the Reports («Отчёты») section; campaign statistics don't open for them.
The log is closed for a user if, in the Permissions («Права») window, the owner or the admin:
- chose No access («Нет доступа») for the Reports section;
- filled in the Forbidden report fields («Запрещённые поля отчётов») field.
Details are on the Campaign access and “Share” and User permissions: sections, campaign groups and report fields pages.
If the log doesn't open
Detailed statistics are unavailable when fields are restricted; use the report builder («Детальная статистика недоступна при ограничении полей; используйте конструктор отчётов»)
Your account has the Forbidden report fields field filled in. With this restriction, the click and conversion logs are closed entirely. Look at conversion data in the report builder. The owner or an admin can lift the restriction.
Access to the section is restricted by the administrator («Доступ к разделу ограничен администратором»)
You have been assigned No access for the Reports section, and the conversion log belongs to this section. The owner or an admin can change this in the Permissions window.
No conversions («Конверсий нет»)
The tracker accepted no conversions for this campaign in the selected period.
- Choose a wider period, for example 30 days.
- Click Refresh if the conversion arrived after the page was opened.
- Go through the checks on the Postback not arriving: what to check page if there should be conversions but there are no rows.
